Barnsley Hospital – Flat Roof Waterproofing Upgrade
Wilson Coatings Limited was appointed to carry out essential remedial works to areas of flat roofing at Barnsley Hospital, addressing localised blistering and deterioration prior to a full waterproofing upgrade.

Scope of Works
• Safe access setup and protection of surrounding areas

• Installation of Elastaseal Z base coat with full reinforcement matting
• Application of Elastaseal Z topcoat to complete the waterproofing system
• Detailing around upstands, penetrations, and roof junctions
